HilltopSecurities is looking to hire a Business Development & Relationship Manager. This role is dedicated to both sourcing new depository institutions (banks/credit unions) to HilltopSecurities (HTS)/Momentum Independent Network (MIN) for the purpose of providing Wealth Management services and serving as the primary Relationship Manager for depository institutions with MIN. The Hilltop Banking Initiative (HTB) was formed at HTS to provide an integrated and consistent experience across primary institutional touchpoints within HTS. This role will be focused on the Wealth Management segment within the HTB initiative, specifically around sourcing new depository institutions to the Momentum Independent Network and enhancing existing Wealth Management relationships to drive sales growth and aid in business retention of our financial institutions. This individual will need to build meaningful relationships through a high level of engagement with other divisions of the HTB with the goal of teamwork and collaboration.
