Summary

Position Summary

As a Business Development Manager, you would be responsible for expanding international market sales. You need to find the right opportunities for the business to expand our product presence beyond our core market by researching market trends and developing partnerships with potential sales distributors.



Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
  • Empaneling with overseas distributors and establishing relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to expand our business in assigned countries.
  • Managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • Attending industry events and conferences to network and generate new business opportunities.


Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in overseas business development, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully empaneling with overseas distributors and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of export regulations of different countries.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
