Summary

Visual Marking Systems (VMS), we help our customers become recognizable leaders in their industries by transforming their brands with custom-printed graphics. We provide a variety of custom graphic solutions, including OEM product identification, labels, decals, fleet graphics, decorated apparel, and signs. Our team is dedicated to delivering personal service to each client, ensuring their success every step of the way. .


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external selling plans to increase revenues and profits.
  • Promote positive relationships with customers and uphold VMS’s mission of ultimate customer satisfaction.
  • Implement strategic plans and marketing initiatives to achieve top-line revenue goals.
  • Navigate internal and external environments to develop revenue and growth.
  • Identify new markets, industries, and vertical segments to increase profits and growth.
  • Connect with decision-makers within organizations.
  • Demonstrate leadership and a team-first attitude while motivating others.
  • Support VMS’s vision, mission, values, standards, policies, and code of ethics.
  • Lead ongoing communications with customers.
  • Attend company and industry events, including tradeshows, meetings, and training.
  • Drive revenue and top-line growth through a proactive selling process.


Skill Set:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful outside selling experience, preferably in the Fleet or B2B Manufacturing Industry.
  • Knowledge and experience in the manufacturing business are preferred.
  • Proven record of exceeding forecasts and sales targets.
  • Willingness to travel 30%-50% of the time.


Performance Measures:

  • Achieve assigned sales quota for targeted key and major accounts.
  • Achieve new account targets and forecasts.
  • Achieve strategic account growth objectives.
  • Live VMS Leadership Attributes and Code of Ethics.
  • Complete required training and development objectives within the assigned timeframe.
