Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Truganina, VIC. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The incumbent will conduct market research, strategize marketing efforts, and prepare business presentations and proposals. The role also includes tracking performance metrics and ensuring revenue growth and company expansion.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Market Research
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills
• Proficiency in developing business strategies and preparing proposals
• Analytical skills for tracking performance metrics and ensuring revenue growth
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams
• Experience in the cleaning or property services
• Experince with Tendering
• Relevant experience in a similar role at least 3 years
