Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Scarborough, ON. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability. The role also involves market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and align business objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in market research and analysis
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate across departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of the logistics and transportation industry
