Summary

We’re seeking a high performing and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our channel partnership initiatives. You’ll identify, negotiate, and manage strategic alliances with key stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem (e.g., crypto wallets, DeFi platforms, fintechs and traditional payment gateways). This role is critical to driving user adoption, expanding our network, and accelerating revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential partners to integrate our Web3 payment solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end partnership lifecycle: from cold outreach, technical/economic feasibility assessment, contract negotiation, to integration launch.
  • Develop joint GTM strategies with partners to maximize user acquisition, retention, and revenue.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives, ecosystem players, and influencers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring alignment on KPIs and resolving issues.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align partnerships with Tevau’s strategic goals.


Qualifications


  • 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in Web3, blockchain, fintech, or payments.
  • Proven track record of closing and scaling high-impact partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of Web3 technologies (smart contracts, DeFi, cryptocurrencies, digital wallets).
  • Familiarity with the payments ecosystem, credit card networks, and relevant industry regulations and trends.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, including the capacity to build strong relationships, manage partner expectations, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
