Adecco Perm Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client in the Richmond, VA area for the position of Business Development Manager to join a dynamic telecommunications team. The successful candidate must have experience with business development, IP based, low-voltage systems installations and service. Systems include access control, IP & analog video, nurse call, intrusion, structured cabling and other types of low-voltage and network-based systems.

MUST HAVES:

This client is an integrator/installer of the latest electronic security. It’s a very special niche.

Compensation: $80-90k/year plus commission. Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, Company paid life insurance.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships and opportunities with key decision makers resulting in the sale of Electronic Security Technology Systems and maintenance contracts.
• Meet directly with customers to establish needs and drive the overall sales process.
• Conduct customer site walk-thru's and estimate Electronic Security system installations and service opportunities.
• Work with other personnel to execute growth, development, sales, and marketing of all Electronic Security solutions.
• Develop market awareness for through networking, presentations, and associations.
• Construct and submit professional written proposals within established deadline.
