Are you a self-starter who thrives in high-impact roles and knows how to build a sales pipeline from scratch?

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth by expanding our U.S. IT client base.

πŸ”‘ What You'll Do:

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new U.S.-based business opportunities for IT staffing and consulting services.
  • Establish and manage end-to-end Sales Funnels: from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Execute cold calling, email campaigns, and outbound outreach to book client meetings and demos.
  • Craft and respond to RFPs, RFQs, and proposals with a tailored, client-focused approach.
  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, VPs, and Hiring Managers.
  • Work with the marketing team to define and execute digital campaigns and outbound strategies.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and resource alignment.
  • Track pipeline metrics using CRM tools and present weekly sales forecasts to leadership.
  • Lead and grow a sales team, defining KPIs and coaching them to success.
  • Be willing to travel to the U.S. once a year for client meetings, events, or conferences.

βœ… What We Expect:

  • 4–8 years of experience in Tech Sales, IT Services, or Staffing Sales, preferably U.S. market.
  • Hands-on experience with cold outreach, lead qualification, and deal closure.
  • Experience in preparing and managing RFP/RFQ responses.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; confident dealing with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience working in or with small to mid-sized tech firms or startups is a plus.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to build and scale a team.

  • This role starts remotely (India-based), with a mandatory move to our Hyderabad office after 3 months.
  • Travel to the U.S. once a year for client relationship management is expected.
