Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hong Kong. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic plans, and negotiating contracts. Day-to-day tasks will include market research, prospecting, preparing presentations, and working closely with internal teams to deliver client solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans
• Strong relationship-building and client management skills
• Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals
• Excellent market research and prospecting abilities
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to work well with internal teams to deliver client solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the PR, marketing, or advertising industry is a plus
• Experience in Sales is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Cantonese is advantageous
