About the Role - We are searching for a full-time, high-energy, Business Development Manager who can showcase our passion for high-end design to build relationships with key accounts in our showroom in San Carlos, California.
Responsibilities - The Business Development Manager's primary responsibility is to find new projects by building the top of the sales funnel, foster relationships and provide support to ALL industry partners by sampling, stone and tile education, industry events, and project management. We coordinate sample drops efficiently, ensure effective communication within the team and with clients, and assist in project management, especially for large-scale projects, collaborating closely with other departments. Additionally, we play a vital role in qualifying new projects, striving to streamline processes and serve as a resource for clients, connecting them with the appropriate expertise within the company and with industry partners. The Business Development Manager must have the ability to identify and meet customer needs, apply design ideas to come up with creative options, and manage projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented and organized, have strong communication, problem-solving skills, be adept at working in a fast-paced environment and have passion for award-winning design – all while providing superior customer service. Applicants must have experience in interior or architectural design with a proven record of building strong relationships with Designers, Architects and/or Contractors.
