An established leader in customer experience and digital transformation is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join their growing commercial team. This role focuses on selling high-value BPO and CCaaS solutions across the UK market.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving net new business across key verticals including financial services, retail, and utilities
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
  • Building long-term relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers
  • Delivering tailored solutions across customer support, technical support, complaints handling, and digital transformation
