Job Summary
MDN Edify Education Pvt Ltd is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (Sales) to join our team. This role is crucial in driving Edi School Mart sales, expanding our school network, and cultivating strong relationships with potential investors and partners across designated regions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate Sales leads for Edi School Mart opportunities in targeted regions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.
Effectively pitch Edi School Mart to prospective partners and stakeholders.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, presentations, and follow-ups to final closures.
Build and nurture strong relationships with school owners, investors, and key decision-makers.
Represent the Edi School Mart at educational events, expos, and conferences.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, legal, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
3+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales; experience in the education sector is highly desirable.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions
