Business Development Manager


Compensation: Base Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 based on experience and licensure. Top performers will make $60,000 to $150,000 annually

  • Keyrenter St. Charles is seeking a strong salesperson with a real estate background looking to join a dynamic, fast-growing company.


The Business Development Manager (BDM) at Keyrenter St. Charles is responsible for making lasting impressions with potential clients. All new leads and referrals will be introduced to the BDM so that they can ensure that they are a good fit for the company, and ensure they understand the unique capabilities and outcomes that Keyrenter St. Charles delivers. The BDM is a magnet that attracts new clients and educates them on the unique ways we can improve their lives by removing the burden of property ownership. Over time, the BDM will become a fountain of our most legendary customer success and service stories.


The BDM is both a filter that saves the company from taking on misfit clients and a magnet that will attract perfect-fit clients for years to come.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound leads quickly and effectively
  • Meet with, and educate, qualified prospects on our residential management services
  • Qualify and convert prospects into clients for our service
  • Complete the necessary forms and paperwork to onboard new properties
  • Manage a robust and dynamic pipeline within our CRM with current notes, statuses, and an ability to report on successes and improvement areas to management
  • Learn our unique policies and procedures and relevant real estate laws
  • Build relationships with our clients and learn our best customer success stories
  • Strategic focus on market growth through consistent client acquisition and retention
  • Nurture client relationships to encourage repeat business
