Business Development Manager - Robotic Surgery (Flanders)
Are you a commercially driven professional with a passion for cutting-edge surgical technologies? An international medical device leader is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand its presence in the rapidly growing field of robotic-assisted surgery across Flanders.
What You'll Do
In this high-impact role, you'll be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing key accounts, and driving adoption of a state-of-the-art robotic surgery platform within hospitals and surgical teams. You'll work closely with clinical stakeholders, procurement, and C-level decision-makers to deliver tailored, value-based solutions.
What We're Looking For
A strong sales profile with a proven track record in medical devices or complex healthcare sales
Academic background in biomedical sciences or a related life science field
Strategic, consultative approach with the ability to influence and build trust
Experience in surgical, capital equipment, or high-tech medtech environments is a plus
Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an asset
