Position Overview
We are seeking our founding Sales Lead to manage and implement our sales strategy, including prospecting, lead generation, and new sales channel development to drive revenue growth. This person will also collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations and Product to align sales strategies with business objectives. They will also oversee the end-to-end sales cycle and excel in closing deals to expand Dyna Robotics' influence within the industry.
Success in this role requires a proactive, curious mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You'll excel if you're a self-starter with a consultative sales approach, strong attention to detail, and exceptional pipeline management skills.
Key Duties
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to generate leads and identify potential clients
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-ups and engagement
- Research target industries and businesses to identify decision-makers and opportunities
- Effectively communicate our value proposition and address client needs
- Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and share feedback for continuous improvement
- Track outreach activities and update CRM systems or relevant tools.
- Prepare pitching materials
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic startup environment and embraces the challenges of building sales processes from the ground up
- 7+ years of full-cycle sales experience in a founding role of a fast paced technology company
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Proven success selling technical solutions, particularly in the robotics and/or AI to commercial customers
- Excels in enterprise-level sales, adept at navigating complex sales cycles and managing multiple stakeholders
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional experiences
- Consistent track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets, even in resource-constrained environments
- Proficient in pipeline management, CRM tools, and data-driven sales optimization
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to support sales activities
- Comfortable overcoming objections and maintaining a positive attitude in the face of selling challenges
Preferred Qualifications
- Having targeted small/medium sized businesses
- Worked in the hardware space
- Technical or solution engineering is a plus

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $170,000.
