• Partnering with Bayleys Sales agents to secure investor referrals
• Following up on inbound leads and website enquiries
• Building relationships with key referral sources – mortgage brokers, accountants, and advisors
• Meeting prospective landlords, conducting appraisals, and converting leads into signed management agreements
