Outside Sales Representative – Dental Biomaterials (Distributor Sales Focus)

We are a rapidly growing manufacturer of biomaterials in the dental industry, expanding globally at 20–30% year-over-year. We are seeking an experienced, motivated sales professional to help drive growth through strong distributor relationships, both domestically and internationally.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Grow the distributor network in the dental biomaterials space (bone grafts, implants, etc.)
• Focus primarily on selling to dental distributors — not to dentists or orthodontists directly
• Build new relationships and leverage existing distributor contacts
• Support international expansion efforts; some travel (approximately 20%, including international travel)
• Hybrid remote role based ideally in Orange County, CA, but open to strong candidates elsewhere

Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of outbound dental sales experience (bone grafts and/or dental implants)
• Experience selling dental biomaterials highly preferred
• Strong existing relationships with dental distributors — domestic and ideally international
• Background selling for an implant manufacturer (preferred companies include Salvin Dental, BioHorizons, Asurgical, Impl, Dentsply, Hiossen, Nobel Biocare, etc.)
• Experience working with DSOs (Dental Service Organizations) is a big plus
• Trustworthy, ethical, and values-driven
• Bachelor's degree required

Compensation:

• OTE: $120K–$140K (Base + Uncapped Commissions)
• Additional performance bonus tied to distributor success
