Job Description:
✅ Generate Sales leads for Freight Forwarding & CHA business (Ocean/Air/Customs) and
create a healthy sales pipeline for the Branch.
✅ Target large corporate accounts.
✅ Develop nomination business through leads and tapping overseas offices /agents.
✅ Visiting the major customers for the branch and continuous follow-up to secure business.
✅ Responsible for data collection related to proper credit assessment of the Customers.
✅ Responsible for the collection of the payment from the customers for the sales undertaken.
✅ Meet all budgeted sales and profit goals.
✅ Support in joint sales calls/canvassing activities and the customer retention activities.
✅ Develop good relationships with customers, agencies and trade and industrial associations.
✅ Networking with prospective clients, generating business from the new and existing accounts and achieving profitability / increased sales growth for the Branch.
✅ Work closely with the product teams for business development, market treads etc.
✅ Overseeing the movement of clients’ goods and ensuring that they are picked up, transported and delivered on time to their satisfaction.
