We help management and strategy consultancies find and manage associates (freelance consultants) via a simple, cost-effective service. We’ve evolved from an associate sourcing partner into a resource augmentation solution with the potential to transform operating models.

This is achieved through a first-of-its-kind subscription and service model, enabling consultancies to build and manage their bench of associates at reduced cost while improving internal process efficiency. The associates to assist with timely project delivery and proposal submission.

This is transparently priced from £500/month (no hidden costs) as a rolling subscription. Candidates actively engaged in projects pay a small transaction fee at the end of each month.

You can imagine this role as a blend of:

  • BDR (Business Development Representative)
  • AE (Account Executive)
  • Client-focused recruiter

While we’ve built strong momentum, great retention, and early traction, we're now focused on increasing brand awareness and helping more consultancies realise the time and cost savings of working with us - compared to traditional recruitment agencies and platforms.
