About The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be a key driver of our growth in the USA. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our extensive product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Acquisition and Growth:
• Proactively identify and engage potential customers through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Understand customer challenges and provide solutions that leverage our platform's strengths.
• Territory Management:
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Prioritize high-value opportunities and key accounts.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams (inside sales, purchasing, operations, etc.) to ensure seamless customer experience and support.
• Provide market feedback to contribute to product and service development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the electronics industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth.
