Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with 5–6 years of proven experience to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating and maintaining long-term business value.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
· Required to make calls and follow up on leads generated through digital marketing.
· Follow up with the digital marketing team to create a proposal and customized documents.
· Have to achieve on Weekly and Monthly assigned business target
· Guide the internal Team
· Discuss and add new vertical
•Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
•Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business and customer satisfaction.
•Conduct competitor and market analysis to stay updated on industry trends.
•Collaborate with marketing, product, and delivery teams to align client requirements and service offerings.
•Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and presentations to prospective clients and stakeholders.
•Negotiate and close business deals, managing the sales cycle from start to finish.
•Maintain an updated CRM with accurate tracking of leads, deals, and client communications.
•Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and represent the company.
•Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
· Knowledge of international business development is Must
Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
•5–6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar client-facing role.
•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
•Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
•Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
•Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. And other tool like Zoom , Google meet.
•Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in IT, eLearning , Digital Marketing, Marketplace management
• Knowledge of international business development .
