Job Description


We seek a Business Development Manager to lead our U.S. client acquisition efforts, build strategic partnerships with fast-growing tech startups, and drive long-term revenue growth through offshore tech talent placement.


Job Responsibilities


  • Research, identify, and target fast-growing U.S. tech startups and mid-sized companies that align with Valueklip’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
  • Create a CRM pipeline to manage outreach, follow-ups, and deal status.
  • Qualify leads and conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, product roadmaps, hiring plans, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals that highlight the value proposition of Valueklip's services to prospects and partners.
  • Identify opportunities and establish partnerships with accelerators, incubators, venture studios, consulting firms, and other industry players to connect offshore tech talent with U.S. companies.
  • Attend industry events to network and showcase Valueklip's offerings and build a clientele base.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth handoff, manage client accounts, and maintain long-term client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Monitor, analyse and present accurate performance reports to relevant internal stakeholders.


Eligibility Requirements


  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B tech sales, with a proven track record in IT staff augmentation or offshore talent services.
  • Strong understanding of tech startup culture and full sales cycles, with the technical fluency to engage confidently with CTOs and founders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong research and analytical skills and the ability to interpret and utilise data to drive sales performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
