Hybrid Schedule: On-Site Local Branch Office 3x Per Week


About the Role:

SalesFiit is seeking multiple BD Managers (Individual Contributors) for our client, one of the fastest growing companies in the Staffing & Recruiting industry!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business by identifying and establishing relationships with prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain a client pipeline to meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell services and identify additional opportunities.


Ideal Candidate:

  • (REQUIRED) Previous staffing sales or full-desk recruiting experience - preferably in the Finance & Accounting vertical.
  • A self-starter with a "hunter" mentality focused on generating new business.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working onsite three times per week.
  • Motivated by high-performance environments and opportunities to grow.
