Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company's market presence. Additional tasks include conducting market research, creating business plans, and collaborating with various teams to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, sales, and strategic planning
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in market research and data analysis
• Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the technology or biometrics industry is an added advantage
