The Role

We are seeking a high-energy, relationship-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify, nurture, and close enterprise-level opportunities. In this role, you will be the bridge between top-tier partners and our sales team, taking ownership from opportunity discovery to deal closure before handing off for execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage with strategic partners (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, Cisco) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions to uncover customer needs and position our value.
  • Drive deals from initial discovery through to close, then seamlessly transition them to the sales/account teams.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Development Managers (PDMs), Sales Engineers, and Solution Consultants to craft tailored proposals.
  • Maintain a strong pulse on market trends, partner initiatives, and industry shifts to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Own and optimize the full deal cycle, reporting progress to key stakeholders including leadership.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for partners and prospects during the pre-sales cycle.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partner engagement—preferably in the tech or enterprise services space.
  • Strong network and familiarity with cloud service providers (Microsoft, AWS, etc.) is a major plus.
  • Proven ability to discover, nurture, and close enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and align internal teams to drive deal success.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a knack for uncovering value.
