Position: Sr. Business Development Manager (Delhi, India)
Location: Gurugram, India
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager with a deep understanding of the digital marketing industry. You will work closely with the delivery team to provide exceptional service to your Clients for the first few months and then pass it on to the delivery team to nurture and grow the accounts.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients, presenting solutions that meet their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, sales engagement, sales closure, and delivery;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage the Delhi sales team in a very competitive environment
What we expect:
- 5+ years of experience in business development preferably for digital marketing services;
- Sound technical knowledge of 360 degrees digital marketing technologies trending today;
- Well networked with advertisers, agencies, brands and other digital marketing ecosystem in India;
- Must be analytical enough to understand project requirements and prepare the detailed proposal, pre-sales discussions, negotiations, closing the sales and handing over the client to the delivery team
- Result oriented, self-motivated, passionate and an enthusiastic, contributing team member with the ability to work independently with management, guidance, and supervision;
- Exceptional communications skills both oral & written;
- Great team player with a desire to work in a high growth, fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
