Summary

Business Development Manager - SaaS


Our client is a privately owned distribution company that has a been a leading product provider for over 20 years. Their SaaS products generate a company turnover of circa £35 million.


They are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager who will be responsible for closing new business with a range of customers of which include; builders merchants, insurance, legal & finance businesses. As well as winning new business you will be responsible managing circa 20 warm accounts.


This is a remote based position with occasional in person client meetings across the Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey & Dorset.



Responsibilities


  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through diverse outreach method
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure
  • Conduct both in-person & remote client meetings as needed to nurture relationships and drive engagement
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities


The Successful Candidate


  • 3+ years B2B sales experience
  • SaaS backgrounds are preferred but candidates with a background in selling complex products are encouraged to apply
  • A proven track record in new business sales
  • Experience in multi-level negotiation
  • Based in Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Surrey or Dorset.
  • Full UK driving license


Business Development Manager Package


  • Basic salary £58,000
  • OTE £75,000 (uncapped)
  • Guaranteed first quarter bonus
