- West Midlands - B Birmingham; DY Dudley; HR Hereford; WR Worcester; WS Walsall; WV Wolverhampton
* Candidate must be within a reasonable commutable distance from depot / sales patch
Responsibilities of Our Business Development Manager:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to ensure long-term growth and expand the company’s market presence within the allocated area.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscape.
- Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance business opportunities.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to both existing and new clients, ensuring a positive sales journey from beginning to end.
- Customer Relations: Represent the company in a professional and proactive manner by maintaining and managing an allocated portfolio of the company’s existing customer base, ensuring their experience is exceptional.
- Generating New Business: Proactively identify and acquire new customers through various sales techniques.
- Reporting: Actively update the company’s CRM system and provide reports on current sales activity during sales meetings.
- Training: Support the training and development of new and less experienced employees.
