JD – Business Development Manager
Experience/knowledge
· Knowledge of the Insurance industry (desirable)
· Business development and marketing skills
· A driven sales approach that ensures targets are met
· Demonstrated commercial acumen and strong understanding of business requirements
· Excellent analytical skills
· Preferably worked in Insurance TPA tie-ups and who has prior experience of 3-4 years in sales and marketing function
Business Development Manager - Corporate Job Responsibilities:
· To pitch and close deals with Hospitals, Tie up New Hospitals for Insurance process
· Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships
· Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements
· Tracks individual contributors and their accomplishments
· Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential Hospitals
· Discovers and explores business opportunities
· Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations
· Examines risks and potentials for the business opportunities.
· Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations
· The role requires extensive field visits to meet the Hospital Management and pitch our products
· Health Care background would be preferred
