Business Development Manager (Germany)

Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid)

Type: Full-time

A well-funded and fast-growing deep-tech company is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join its team in Germany. With a multicultural team of over 150 professionals, the organization develops cutting-edge software products that empower industries through quantum computing and AI.


Responsibilities

  • Drive new and renewal product sales to exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams and channel partners to execute account strategies
  • Support all stages of the sales process with tailored, strategic input
  • Deliver impactful solution presentations aligned with customer needs
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to generate new business
  • Represent the company at industry events, conventions, and trade shows
  • Coordinate technical resources for demos, evaluations, and training
  • Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and value propositions
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product and marketing development


Required Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years of sales or consulting experience in AI, ML, or engineering technologies (AWS, Microsoft, SAS.)
  • Proven track record in business development and quota achievement
  • Strong communication, organization, and independent work skills
  • Comfortable collaborating across globally distributed teams
  • Fluent in both German and English
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
