About the Role:


We are building a modern consulting and technology practice focused on digital transformation, product leadership, and software development.

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll drive growth by identifying, pitching, and securing consulting and software projects.

We’re looking for someone who not only knows how to sell – but also understands the mindset of business leaders navigating technology transformation.


Key Responsibilities:


Identify, target, and engage potential clients in mid-sized and large companies (India & international).

Develop tailored proposals and pitch consulting, digital transformation, product strategy, and software solutions services.

Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, closure.

Build long-term client relationships for repeat and referral business.

Stay updated on industry trends (Digital Transformation, SaaS, ERP, Automation, AI, Cloud) and use insights in client conversations.

Collaborate closely with internal Client Engagement and Delivery teams to ensure project success.

Represent the brand at networking events, LinkedIn, webinars, and other industry touchpoints.


Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:


4+ years experience in B2B technology/consulting sales (preferably software services or IT consulting).

Strong understanding of digital transformation, product strategy, and technology consulting landscape.

Experience with consultative and solution-based selling (not just transactional sales).

Excellent communication skills – ability to engage CXOs, Founders, and Business Heads.

Knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise sales cycles.

Ability to build credibility quickly and maintain trusted advisor status with clients.

Comfortable preparing and presenting high-quality proposals and decks.

Prior experience selling to industries like EdTech, E-commerce, SaaS, Retail, Manufacturing, or Services is a big plus.

Proactive, self-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong).

Comfortable working in a startup environment.

Compensation: Competitive salary + commissions
