Your Tasks.


  • Customer Acquisition & Market Expansion
  • Identify potential customers by scouting databases, analyzing industry trends, and engaging with trade bodies.
  • Manage a portfolio of 30-50 customers at any given time, ensuring relationship growth and account retention.
  • Drive revenue growth by executing high-impact sales strategies across multiple industries.
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (pricing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts.
  • Provide technical and commercial insights to customers, helping them optimize procurement.
  • Ensure understanding of customer needs and offer tailored solutions for different industries.
  • Possess a strong understanding of international trade laws, import/export regulations, and taxation policies in Europe and the US.
  • Ensure compliance with logistics, customs duties, and supply chain best practices for smooth cross-border transactions. \

Your profile.

  • Engineering degree is a must; an MBA is desirable
  • 15+ years in B2B industrial sales in mass markets (not just OEMs).
  • Worked in 3 to 5 companies across different product categories.
  • Proven multi-region sales experience in Europe and the US across diverse industries.
  • Experience working with Western Customers
