Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt for New Opportunities: Identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of the Microsoft Partner ecosystem.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and align with the company’s offerings.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and the latest developments in the Microsoft ecosystem to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the IT Professional Services industry.
  • Deep understanding of the Microsoft Partner ecosystem and its taxonomy, including tools, platforms, solutions and players.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A hunter’s mentality – self-motivated, results-driven, and unafraid to chase opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and craft tailored solutions.
