About the role


This is not a traditional sales role; the successful applicant will initially build a portfolio of new clients, which they will then develop into long-term relationships. This will entail the design and delivery of tailored marketing campaigns utilising our own in-house media channels, creative design, and other digital and offline marketing services. Support will be provided by our talented team of marketing and media professionals.


Key responsibilities


·       Identify key targets, make contact, and build a portfolio of new clients to develop into long-term retained arrangements.

·       Create tailored proposals to fulfil the marketing objectives of your clients and prospects.

·       Manage positive client relationships and oversee the delivery of marketing campaigns and media output in collaboration with the wider team.

·       Attend networking events and act as an ambassador for the brand whilst also taking advantage of sales opportunities.

·       Be a proactive, collaborative team player who helps to shape the success for the business.


Skills and experience


·       2+ years’ experience in a client-facing sales role, within the marketing or media sector.

·       Proven track record of retaining and developing accounts.

·       2+ years’ experience of marketing, PR or media.

·       Strong problem-solving and organisation skills.

·       Comfortable with standard IT packages.


Salary


£35k-£40k + Bonus
