📈 Long-term goal? Accelerate growth across our Pipe Division and beyond.

🛠 What You’ll Do:

• Generate leads and build a solid pipeline of opportunities
• Cultivate relationships with new and existing clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue
• Negotiate contracts and close deals-Assist with Quotes
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Manage and report on pipeline performance

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of the Texas civil construction market
• DFW-based, with a willingness to travel statewide
• Proven track record in business development and sales
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute
