As a BDM - Loyalty, you will be responsible for increasing revenue through new clients and generating new opportunities in the region assigned in the loyalty marketing and Trade domain.
Lead B2B concept sales efforts, ensuring individual targets and company objectives are met.
Identify, prospect, and engage with India's top brand managers, marketers, and marketing heads through cold calling, regular interactions, and persuasive presentations.
Develop and deliver customized Loyalty and trade campaigns, requiring a deep understanding of brand marketing strategies, and channel partner engagement techniques.
Think strategically to align brand objectives and marketing goals with BigCity’s in-house rewards and tech-based solutions.
Build and nurture relationships with key prospects for large consumer and corporate programs, leveraging insights into India's loyalty landscape.
Maintain and expand a strong sales pipeline by sourcing leads from internal and external databases.
Engage closely with all prospects for large consumer and corporate programs, understanding Loyalty landscape of India and address specific industry client’s needs accordingly.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a client acquisition role within a business environment.
We seek individuals with exceptional communication and presentation skills, preferably with a strong background in concept and solution sales.
Experience in B2B corporate sales and a deep understanding of sales and marketing strategies are essential. Candidates with experience engaging Marketing Heads, Chief Marketing Officers, and Trade Marketing teams will have an added advantage.
The role requires the ability to build and maintain strong industry or functional networks.
Candidates should have prior experience working in a team and must be willing to travel across India as required.
