ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Business Development Manager, you'll work closely with our team to grow our portfolio of brand partners. You'll manage your own pipeline, conduct google meet and in-person meetings, attend industry conferences, and manage client relationships from first outreach through closing and onboarding.


This is a full-time, in-office role, ideal for someone who is energized by hitting goals, leading conversations, and driving growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Run google-meet and in-person meetings with brands across the U.S.
  • Manage inboxes and correspondence with prospective and current partners
  • Own end-to-end client relationships: outreach, negotiation, onboarding
  • Communicate tailored opportunities to prospects based on their goals
  • Help improve internal sales systems and processes
  • Represent FindKeep.Love at industry events and conferences


What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience
  • Background in advertising, marketing, or e-commerce preferred
  • Strong understanding of online marketing channels
  • Comfortable in fast-moving, evolving environments
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Proactive, highly organized, and goal-driven
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Proficiency in GSuite and CRM tools
