Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, approach, and close new clients while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
• Revenue Generation: Achieve a minimum monthly sales target of USD15,000 through new and existing client relationships.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.
• Networking & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to expand the company’s market presence and drive business growth.
• Negotiation & Closing Deals: Effectively negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize profitability.
• Account Management: Ensure excellent post-sales support and build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to optimize sales efforts.
• Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.

Key Requirements:

• Proven Track Record: Minimum [4-5] years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Client Portfolio: Ability to bring in own clients and generate leads independently.
• Sales Expertise: Strong ability to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Networking Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with high-level decision-makers.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious targets.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in logistics is a plus.
