Project Sales Business Development Manager – West Belgium and Brussels

At GROHE, you will create Grohe preferences and Grohe product specifications by communicating on our added value solutions within your network of investors (mainly residential and health care, and/or hotels), architects, designers, and technical planners.

We’re looking for a customer-focused entrepreneur to drive growth and strengthen our presence in the private and public project channels. In this role, you’ll be an invaluable partner to key stakeholders, advising builders, investors, architects, and engineers to establish GROHE as the preferred supplier for their projects.


Your Role:


  • Spot new projects and turn them into opportunities for GROHE by building relationships with project installers and distributor partners.
  • Execute the sales strategy for your region in both private and public sectors (residential housing, social housing, care centres, hospitals, real estate, and public sector projects).
  • Translate your project pipeline into actionable results using CRM while meeting margin and growth objectives.
  • Develop professional account management in collaboration with project teams, leaders, technical support, and customer service.
  • Think creatively to refine our project approach and customer engagement strategies.
  • Represent GROHE at events and trade fairs, solidifying our brand’s influence.


Your Profile:


  • Educational Background: A bachelor’s or Master's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Target Audience Expertise: Skilled at reaching and engaging your audience and using insights to refine strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive self-starter who identifies and seizes growth opportunities.
  • Communication Mastery: Fluent in English and French; proficiency in Dutch is a strong plus.
  • Industry Connections: An established network of construction professionals, including investors and engineering firms.
  • Flexible Work Ethic: A “no 9 to 5” attitude to align with your entrepreneurial drive.
