ProVision Virtual Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in our Client Services division. Client Services of ProVision offers outsourced business processes such as contact center management and lead generation/sales activity.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within medium-sized businesses (MMBs) and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The successful candidate will leverage their sales expertise to build relationships with prospective clients, understand their unique needs, and close sales of our call center/BPO solutions. This role focuses on developing and expanding ProVision’s client base through strategic outreach and effective sales strategies.

Job Functions will include:

  • Master the sales process for call center/BPO services.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the specific requirements of potential clients.
  • Present and demonstrate the value proposition of our call center/BPO services, highlighting key benefits and addressing client concerns.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals that lead to signed contracts.
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and service.
  • Convert prospects into long-term customers of ProVision.
  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online research, and referrals.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with our ideal client profile.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
    • Proven track record of success in meeting quota or performance targets, preferably in a service-based industry.
    • Solid understanding of the small and medium-sized business (SMB) market.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
