Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing growth strategies in alignment with company goals. The Business Development Manager will also conduct market research, prepare and present proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to drive business initiatives. This is an on-site role located in Lagos.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and market research
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
