Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kochi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the company's growth and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Marketing skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in client relationship management and strategic partnerships
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop business strategies
• Knowledge of legal services or business dispute resolution is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Prefers 2-4 years experience in Business Development.
