We specialize in custom software development from idea to an end-product and a full cycle of outsourcing/ co-sourcing.

ABOUT AN OPEN POSITION:

As a Business Development Manager at Xplicity, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth. You'll be responsible for unlocking new sales opportunities helping to expand our customers base.

YOU WILL:

  • Use best practices for generating new sales opportunities (cold calls, emails, events and etc.);
  • Actively seek out and engage potential customers to drive business growth;
  • Identify and target key market segments and customers in need of software development services;
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with partners, stakeholders and prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities;
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers;
  • Collect, analyze and evaluate the information, follow the trends in the software development sector;
  • Analyze and evaluate the results of sales activities in terms of monthly and yearly goals.


WHAT WE EXPECT YOU WILL BRING:

  • 2+ years experience in B2B sales (Business Developer or Sales Manager role), specifically in services;
  • Strong relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills;
  • Knowledge of IT services;
  • Results-oriented and committed to achieving sales targets;
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills;
  • Fluent communication in Lithuanian and English (appropriate command in Lithuanian is essential; we will not proceed with applications where we foresee the requirements are not met);
  • Ability to turn technical jargon into human language (is a plus);
  • A sense of humor (because we believe that work should be fun, too!).

For this role, we offer a GROSS (before taxes) salary from 2 608,70 Eur + BONUSES. The final agreement on salary is based on skills and experience.
