What You’ll Be Doing:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities across target markets
- Building strong, trust-based relationships with both new and existing clients
- Leading contract negotiations and preparing compelling sales presentations
- Working closely with our logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Using market insights to shape and execute business development strategies

What We’re Looking For:
- 3–4 years of experience in business development or sales within the logistics or freight forwarding industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and execute successful growth strategies
- Experience with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to sales
- A goal-oriented mindset with a hands-on attitude
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
- Bonus points for fluency in multiple languages
