Business Development Manager – EdTech | AI & Quantum (On-site, Bengaluru)

Location: Karle Town Centre, Bengaluru (Near Manyata Tech Park)

Team: B2C Sales – QpiAI-Explorer (Education Division)

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage Inbound & Outbound Leads: Use CRMs and dashboards to profile, qualify, and track high-intent leads.
  • Initiate & Nurture Engagements: Reach out via calls, emails, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and VC meetings (60–80 daily touchpoints).
  • Close Sales & Drive Revenue: Conduct demos, promote relevant courses, and convert leads into active learners.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build trust with prospects, provide personalized support, and organize expert connects.
  • Market Feedback Loop: Share client insights with Product and Marketing to sharpen positioning and improve offerings.
  • Track & Report: Maintain accurate sales data and performance metrics. Analyze funnel performance and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate & Strategize: Work with the sales head to identify key markets and continuously refine go-to-market strategies.

✅ What Makes You a Fit

  • 1–2 years of inside sales or consultative selling experience (EdTech/e-learning preferred). Stellar freshers may be considered.
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed targets in a quota-driven environment.
  • Experience with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Comfortable discussing basics of AI, ML, Data Science, or Quantum Tech.
  • Clear verbal and written communication. Strong video presence for virtual counseling.
