Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT staffing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and decision-makers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing
  • Work closely with recruiting teams to ensure delivery on client requirements
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs
  • Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and negotiate contracts
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, client needs, and market conditions

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in business development or sales in the IT staffing industry
  • Strong understanding of IT services, staffing models (contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire), and market trends
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
