๐ฏ What youโll do:
๐น Manage current accounts (30%) and develop new business opportunities (70%) in the IT sector.
๐น Offer recruitment solutions with outsourced payroll models tailored to each clientโs needs.
๐น Collaborate closely with tech and HR leaders to identify growth opportunities.
๐น Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations with international clients.
๐ง What weโre looking for:
โ 5+ years in commercial roles, with at least 2 years handling international accounts.
โ Background in tech companies, software factories, or IT staffing services.
โ Proven experience selling services (not products) in the tech industry.
โ Advanced conversational English (C1 level).
โ Proficient in CRM tools and comfortable in fast-paced sales environments.
โ Strategic thinker with strong communication and negotiation skills.
โ International client portfolio and experience with project expansion.
โ Valid passport and U.S. visa, with availability to travel as needed.
๐ Education: Degree in Systems Engineering or related technical fields.
