Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead end-to-end business development efforts, from prospecting to deal closure
  • Identify and generate new business leads through multiple channels, including networking, referrals, and outbound outreach
  • Engage and manage relationships with offshore clients, promoting IT services and solutions
  • Build and nurture long-term, trust-based client relationships
  • Ensure high levels of client engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Drive lead conversion and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals


Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager in the IT services sector with Onshore client
  • Strong experience in offshore client engagement and management
  • Proven track record in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales and revenue objectives
