Role: Business Development Manager / Regional Sales

Location: Istanbul (Field Based)

Contract: Permanent


The Role

We are currently hiring a Regional Sales Manager focused on new business within our Accessories and Outdoor categories based out of Istanbul, Turkey. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will support and drive our growth strategy through the acquisition of new customers in the Istnanbul region. You will support with Direct and Indirect Sales Channels in marketing, promotions, brand management and consistent merchandising standards; develop, manage and implement sales projects that drive acquisition of customers, branding and POS communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively target new business within our Outdoor & Accessories categories
  • Drive sales monthly, quarterly and annually through development and effective participation and coordination of sales strategies and activities
  • Develop, supervise, coordinate and participate in sales and promotion campaigns aimed at market penetration, acquisition and growth
  • Monitor sales and market share
  • Provide marketing and promotional activity support
  • Execute projects aimed at quality acquisition, growth and retention of customers
  • Provide competitor insights
  • Continuously drive customer satisfaction


What You’ll Have

  • New Business Development experience within Product related sales industry
  • Languages – Native Turkish, Professional English
  • Ability to interact with clients at different levels, and establish & maintain relationships
  • Ability to cooperate / liaise with dealers and both internal and external customers
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify market opportunities
  • Teamwork – important to work with wider and engage cross functional support.
  • Due to the nature of the role, travelling will be required within the region weekly.
  • Drive and energy to succeed. High level of enthusiasm and determination.
