Summary

Our client is a global leader in services sector. For their future development plans we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for IT sector.


The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business development efforts within the IT sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of our division by delivering high-quality service solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand company's presence in the IT and Engineering sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify and approach new business opportunities, focusing on client needs and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality recruitment solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development progress.
  • Represent Adecco at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT sector is a MUST.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in sales .
  • Having strong client network of decision makers in IT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of IT industries and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a MUST.
  • Experience in the recruitment industry is a plus.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for business growth.
  • Down to earth, resillient and a strong team player
